1. API Usage & Acceptable Use

Developers must include valid API keys in request headers and respect assigned rate limit quotas. Reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass rate limit guards is strictly prohibited.

2. Dataset Licenses

Free tier users may consume data online via REST endpoints. Bulk offline raw dataset downloads in JSON or CSV format require a valid Pro Export License.

3. Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.99% operational uptime across our global CDN and API gateways.
